We want you to enjoy our products and for this reason we provide generous guarantees for all range of production. The lawful warranty period covers 40 days. But we don’t stop at this point and enlarge the warranty service to 3 months! Warranty is applied to all parts of the product, except the ones connected with the natural tear and wear. After expiry of the warranty period we are still with you and will help to tackle any problems with the item – just e-mail us: firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll give you a hand!
Exchange and refund of proper quality items
The customer has the right to return a proper quality item, purchased in the online-store, during 14 days after delivery of the purchase provided that the wrapping and its parts are intact, salable condition of the item and all its consumer characteristics are retained. After we get the item back, a full refund will be realized except the transportation expenses.
Refund of improper quality items
All items are produced in limited number of copies and undergo thorough quality control, so the possibility of any defects is very low, nevertheless we are obliged to provide for such cases: if you detected any item defects, e-mail to our warranty department immediately: email@example.com with a photo of the defect attached if possible. You can report for the item defect (except for the hidden defects which are serviced in accordance with warranty conditions) during 14 days. In case item defect is confirmed, both ways transportation expenses will be refunded fully.
Important conditions of warranty policy
- We attract your attention that all items made of genuine leather may have natural creases, some irregularity of texture and dyeing, tightened scars and other specifics of this type of natural material. We try to minimize presence of such elements in our products or make them least noticeable. Such specifics can’t be accounted for the item defects and can’t give occasion to claims for product quality.
- We attract your attention that all custom-made items having any distinctions from batch production (including items made of leather of some other colors than those displayed in the website catalogue (for given production template), items with any lining distinctions, items with any alterations of interior design, items with any individual logo or inscription stampings, etc.) can’t be the subject to exchange or refund claims.
- Although we aim to render the colors of the items on the online-store photographs with the best accuracy possible, some misrepresentation is inevitable. This is caused by distinctions of colour rendering in different types of monitors, distinctions of lightning conditions, inevitable misrepresentation caused by photography, individual peculiarities of color perception.
